Thoughtfully made in small batches and shipped within 5 business days. Simply choose bifold or trifold, your size, and whichever leather color speaks to you. Colors shown with a line through them are resting until they are restocked.

These ready-to-ship pieces are designed with a quieter, pared-back beauty. In place of the interior pockets found in our made-to-order journals, they offer something more streamlined, a single main pocket on the trifold, and a clean, open interior on the bifold. Each arrives with a soft leather cord chosen to match the tone of your journal.

Orders of $100 or more ship free. Adding a paper refill pack is an easy way to get there, and you'll have fresh pages ready when you need them.

The leather

Full-grain Italian vegetable-tanned leather sourced from Badalassi Carlo Tannery in Tuscany, Italy. Produced using traditional tanning methods based on natural materials and a completely chrome-free process, the leather is known for its strength and natural character. With regular use, it gradually develops a richer tone and patina, becoming more distinctive over time.

The paper

Each journal arrives with three kraft-covered paper refills, a $10 to $15 value depending on size, in a mix of blank and lined chosen from our studio. Pocket refills are blank.
